History of Binasazabzar Co.

Bina Saz Abzar Co. has established and registered since February 1998 with the purpose of production and repair of eye surgery instruments under registration number of 137769 from the Establishment and Registration of Companies Organization of Islamic Republic of Iran.

Due to the great innovation in this business and lack of enough information and facilities in binasaz abzar co country for this profession which was introducing itself as new style of surgery, this company could solely rely on the knowledge of ophthalmologists and their feedbacks from the methods of their operations. This valuable information in addition to continuous efforts of our industrious personnel could lead us to be the first manufacturer of eye surgery instruments in Iran.

Our Ministry of Health and the General Department for Medical Equipment of Iran have approved the quality of our products based on their latest experiments and had agreed that our products can easily compete with the celebrated international counterparts.

-March 2009,ISO 13485-2007 with main purpose of improving the quality of products.
-November 2009, Medical Device Production certificate from General Department for Medical Equipment of Iran.
- August 2010, CE Certificate enabling us to start for higher rankings.
-Since establishment, Satisfaction Reports of our valuable Clients
-May 2011 , ISO10002:2004 Customer Satisfaction Guidlines for Customer compliants handling in organization
-May 2011 , ISO/TS10004:2010 Customer Satisfaction Monitoring & Measuring
have been announced to us since the distribution of our first product. These reports have received from our clients in all provinces of Iran, our neighboring countries and some European ones.

Quality Assurance:
To make sure that we will constantly have a high quality products being able to compete with the European and American producers and presenting the better prices we have employed our Quality Assurance Management System to help us in our management and production process to reach our targeted qualities as under:
Our detailed designing and drawings of each of our products are checking by our expert engineers to finalize them for production line.
Our workshop drawing are examining by our field engineers and experts to arrange the best methods of production.
Our supply system; Material Management, Procurement Management, HSE Management are persuaded to follow the ISO standards and procedures in their activities and are controlled by our Quality Management System.
The raw materials which are procured from the highest quality materials are checked by our Quality Control team based on their identifications and labeled for further references in future if required during the production processes.
Our quality control check points in different stages of production line are measuring semi products to check if they are complying with the requirements of drawings and have defined tolerances.
Our final assembled product is checked by our Quality Control team and calibrated if required and receives the approval stamp to be released for packing and dispatching to our clients.
