Established in the year 1983 and based in the state of West Bengal, India, the company's market leadership has been earned through relentless investments, a reputation for manufacturing excellence and product innovation and up-gradation of sorts. Under the leadership of Mr.G.D Agarwal , Founder and M.D.  The Company got into this habit of adopting CHANGES as perrequirement to  meet a better and prosperous future. Themanufacturing plant was set up at Unsani, P.S Jagacha, Howrah inthe state of West Bengal with the initial installed capacity of12,500 Tons per annum. Soon the Company acquired the licensee Bureau of Indian Standard IS:3989 & IS:1726 and the company'sproducts were sold under the brand name"HEPCO" and" BPL", thus exhibiting thehighest quality standards.
