I would like to buy 12500Mt of Portland 42,5 R cement (according to EN 197-1 standard chemical composition) put in three layers 50 kg bags in 2 t bulks CIF Luanda - Angola port. It?s important that this cement doesn?t come from china.
The transaction should be done in the normal way, SGS certificate or equivalent at seller?s cost, and CNCA certificate (Angolan law requires that all cargo purchased abroad for import to Angola has a Loading certificate. The party administrating this law is the Angolan National Shipper's Council also referred to as CNCA (Conselho Nacional de Carregadores), LOI, Performance Bond, transferable auto-revolving Documentary Letter of Credit, etc.
