The project areas include known producing formations as Burgess Energy, Inc.ll as shale and deeper formations. Plans are the development of project areas with infrastructure in place for the marketing of the oil and gas. Most of the profile on Trade Key does not fit our project requirements as we seek active and qualified long term investors for long term drilling and development projects in the Texas area. Projects range in investment size of $3.5 million and up to $141.7 million. We seek qualified investors with an oil & gas energy background or experience. Brokers will be considered.
