Cadena HRM Series is a bilingual (in English and Vietnamese) fully integrated Time Attendance, Payroll & HR system that CADENA VIETNAM CO., LTD. developed over the last 7 years. We can confidently state that our product is the most advanced and extensive of its sort in Vietnam, fully and constantly compliant with the ever-changing Vietnamese labor and tax laws through our consultancy partnership with HR Consultancy Company. The Factory version is proven in large production facility environments for over 6,000 staff, which by the way is not the limit.

Our Payroll system is very flexible and therefore it is easy to adapt necessary changes for PIT and Insurance calculations, includes retro-active salary capability and offers to add an unlimited number of allowances and deductions. The salary can be based on Time Attendance and Production performance or a combination of both.

Through interfaces the payroll outcome can be directly connected to any kind of accounting software. We are specialized in managing payroll systems for multiple locations and multiple legal entities. The payroll processing can be done centrally, but every location can log on site into the system. Our Cadena Data Exchange Tool facilitates direct employee data import from corporate HR systems.

E-Cadena offers an online system that is directly linked to the main application for online Leave request and processing, Self Employee service and Overtime request. Also so the Time Attendance module and several HR management features are available as web based tools.
