BetCafe Don Memoen the rumor of pine mountains , in the north of the department of Comayagua, Honduras, rest s Gold mines; where the coffee arrives from the coffee plantations catching the characteristics of the climatic conditions and grounds with unique quality that allows the growth of vigorous plants taken care of by expert hands with a net artisan process. This coffee grows in friendly environment under the shade of plants of “guama” in its majority, at an altitude of 1300 meters above sea level, harvesting it by hand and carefully selecting the red mature cherries that are well processed and give as result a product with a spectacular aroma, body and color. It is a family tradition that has been done by generations, now a days we are continuing the tasks to feel the pride to cultivate, take care, harvest and to process CAFÉ DON MEMO ® to finally obtain a quality that will distinguish it like a great coffee.
