Acrylic Yarn Production: CANAN TEKSTIL SAN VE TIC AS produce %100 Acrylic, Acrylic/Wool, Acrylic/Viscone and Acrylic/Poliamid and fantasy yarn that can be in both types of HB and RX for Knitting Industry and for hand knitting. Our number range is between Nm 8 and Nm 50. These specifications can be applied as one ply and two ply. This is our standard production range, moreover we produce acrylic yarn for bathmats. Also, we have acrylic yarn production for handknitting Our monthly production capacity is 400 tons and we buy the raw material from Aksa, Dralon and Montefibre. We use the lastest technology for each process of the production line which has the computerized system. The brands of the machines are NSC, Zinser and Savio. We produce the yarn as being melange, raw white, tow dyed, bobbin dyed and hank dyed. Our packaging system can be arranged according to the customer&＃039;s request as in pallets, in boxes and in bags. Our dye lots are as follows; Tow Dyed: 1800-3600-7200 Hank Dyed: 300-600 Raw White: Whatever the quantity is, we can produce. Cone dyed: 250-600 Our standart production range is 1/18*15, 2/35*28, 2/27*22, 2/40*32, 2/50*42, 1/23*19, 1/24*20. These can be both for %100 Acrylic and for Acrylic blends such as Acrylic/wool, Acrlic/viscone, etc. We have 2 color catalogues that one of them is for %100 Acrylic, the other one is for fantasy yarn. We can also produce mouline and melange colors. The socks manufacturers, knitting companies can interested to our yarn. Our box size is 45x45x66 as being standard. Also we can ship the goods by bags and pallets. According to the box packaging, we can load 9 tons to 1x40&＃039;HC container and 4-4.5tons to 1x20&＃039;container. We can load 11tons to one full truck. Also we can produce acrylic yarn for bathmat. We are exporting acrylic yarn to Portugal, Spain, Italy, Bulgary in general.
