The company produces liquid sugar from inverting granulated refined, semi refined and unrefined sugar, utilizing a biotechnological proprietary process. Caribbean Liquid Sugar products are Free of artificial mineral acids such as hydrochloric and sulfuric acids frequently used in the Acid Processes for common inverted sugars.In addition, we offer Private Label and Co-Packing Services as well as consulting services for the development of specific product formulations for more specialized customers.Caribbean Liquid Sugar serves national and international industries exceeding broadly the minimum standards of quality food production and delivering them at most reasonable prices.
