Ltd devoted to the R&D, manufacture and sales of the second and three generation of semiconductor powder, wafer, epitaxial, substrates and appliances. Our main products are: 3-4 SiC wafers, GaN wafers, InP wafers, GaSb wafers, SiC powder, SiC-SiC epitaxial. As a professional manufacturer, we have the equipments and production lines with our own mechanical technology. Aiming at promoting the development of the SiC-semiconductor-based industry in China, and leading the industry technique, our company has become the first domestic enterprise with large scale production capacity of high-Q SiC wafer.
