Company Description

Certronic starts business in 1978 as the first supplier of dielectric materials in South America, with a team of chemical engineers specialized in ceramic capacitors. In 1980 Certronic is the main supplier of brazilian ceramic capacitor manufacturers: Thomson and TRW. In 1989 Certronic starts business with foreign customers doing first exportation to Asia. During 1994 Certronic stablishes a commercial and technical agreement with Tam Ceramics, USA producing titanates to them as per their specifications. In 1995 the new equipment Spray drier allows to Certronic sells pressable powder, that means, the ceramic compositions are dried with organic binder - polyvinyl alcohol. In 1996 Certronic starts exportation to Europe (UK, France and Germany). In 1997 Certronic develops a new product range to Certronicld rod market, the sodium and potassium titanate to improve welding fluxes
