Our company has following production equipment: 3 sets of tempering furnaces made in Taiwan area, 1 set of full-automatic computer cutter made in Italy, 8 sets of edge grinding machines for both sides, 11 sets of edge grinding machines of abnormal form, 6 sets of drilling machines, 7 sets of full-automatic glass class cleaning machines, 1 set of silk screen printing line and a variety of straight line edge grinding machines, end-curling machines and bevelers, so our company has top production capacity in China.

Our main products include toughened glass, extra-white toughened glass, extra-thin toughened glass, extra-small toughed glass, home appliance glass, cabinet glass and a variety of construction glass. Monthly production capacity of toughened glass (taking 3mm as standard) reaches 150 thousand square meters and the production capacity of silk screen reaches over 80 thousand square meters.

Our company owns the invention patent of 3mm low iron extra-white solar energy cover boards. Our market share takes a leading position in China. Our company has established the manufacturing base for low iron extra-white solar energy cover boards. We have introduced fully automatic silk screen production line, which can ensure the quality of silk screen printing.

Since our establishment, we have passed British BS certification, ISO9001 certification, Chinese CCC certification and Australian BENCHMARK certification. We have obtained self-supported foreign trade right, authorized as AAA enterprise for credit. For further market development, our company plans to introduce a set of thin toughened glass production line and a set of chemical toughed glass production line to expand deep processing capacity of glass.
