As an outward exporting enterprise,China Hengyuan Cashmere Co. is located in Tianjin.China Hengyuan Cashmere Industrial Ltd. is mainly engaged in production and sale of cashmere raw materials and products,based on high-quality cashmere products and cashmere yarns.In the south,we are adjacent to Qinghe,a famous textile city in China,known as China's largest cashmere distribution center.In the north,we relies on Inner Mongolia,which in not only the origin of 40% cashmere of the world,but also the world's largest cashmere processing base.
Established in 1990 from two single-chamber sorting machines into a plant with a floor space of 22,000sq.m.and a building area of 23,000sq.m.Now we have 8 woolen production lines imported from Japan and an annual output of 1000 tons of cashmere products,Besides our company also has 36 sets of automatic staining devices,dying 2500 tons of cashmere per year,and 4 feather washing lines,350 Japanese made flat sewing machines as well as complete auxiliary equipment which from Rieter,Italian Savio,Cerman Schlafhorst,Japanese Murata etc.We are professional manufacturer of washed feather &down and finished products.
Our source bases include Ali of Tibet,Xinjiang,Ningxia,Liaoning and Inner Mongolia,According to customers' requirements,the processing and prodution in the cashmere industry zone have provided powerfur core competitiveness for the rapid development of our brand at home and abroad and have laid a solid foundation for creating a high-quality cashmere brand.
We have passed the ISO9001:2000 Quality Management System Certification in Oct.2002 as well as several factory audit required by British and American clients(For instance:ITS and CSCC).
Now equipped with advanced manufacturing and inspecting machine,we have realized an annual processing capacity of 8000 tons feather and down,as well as 1.6million pieces of feather and down products.
