JC's Chunson was established in early 1997. Chunson main business is to represent semi-conductor related equipment and instruments. We are also devoted to promoting new technology to Taiwan. Chunson's engineers have been to Germany to receive professional training. Therefore, we are capable to provide customers (include Taiwan, China, Singapore, Philippine, and other countries) with the best technical support and service. Nowadays, Chunson is specialized in grinding techniques. Since 2001, Chunson was assigned as the Far East Service Center of E+H Eichhorn + Hausmann GmbH for the semiconductor related measurement tools.

We provide: Test grinding for silicon or lll-V group(GaAs, GaP, etc.)wafers special process to wafers: thinning and /or de-stressing Making standard thickness wafers for gauge calibration.

Recently ,Chunson begins to offer wafer shipping solutions by SPI/Semicon products. SPI is a well known company for wafer box. They provide new 300mm single wafer shipping box for very thin wafer transport. It eliminates cracking of thin wafers due to curled position (Potato Chip Effect)
