Ciklum is a Danish IT outsCiklumcing company specialized in nearshore software development in Ukraine by establishing and servicing clients' own dedicated development and/ or IT support teams. Ciklum delivers an environment of outsourcing services that is designed for the client to establish his/her own dedicated IT department in Ukraine or to outsource, completely or partially, the software development process.

Ciklum's client own development team model gives clients the benefit of keeping the knowledge in-house as well as building a long term-relationship with their own teams and their full strategic management control. While clients focus on development and production, Ciklum takes care of all operational issues such as human resources management, IT infrastructure, and administrative and legal support. This is equivalent to having own in-house IT specialists but for a significantly lower cost and less administrative nuisances.

Due to the size of the company and uniqueness of the model, Ciklum is able to surround clients with a knowledge sharing community where clients and teams are able to interact with each other and share best practices.

Additionally, in order to offer clients flexibility and scalability, Ciklum offers project based outsourcing, relocation services (placing IT specialists in-house), and peak resources (freelancers). Ciklum even offers different partnership models to help clients sell their products and services in Eastern Europe.

Established in 2002, Ciklum employs more than 800 specialists with more than 100 current clients' own development teams. Ciklum has four development offices in Ukraine and two in Pakistan, as well as representative offices in Denmark, Sweden, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Germany and the Netherlands. Ciklum is a winner of the Red Herring 100 Europe 2009. During CeBIT 2010 Ciklum was recognized as one of the Top 20 innovative companies delivering services/products for small and medium sizes companies.
