Allow to introduce Cintas Adhesivas Ubis SA, located in the north of Spain and covering an area of 25. 000 square meters of installations, as leading European manufacturer and exporter, of a wide range of industrial BOPP & PVC adhesive tapes & printable adhesive tapes, used in different applications as Packaging, Strapping, Masking, stationer's, Double sided, etc. CINTAS ADHESIVAS UBIS SA used to provide to some customers Jumbo Rolls as well.
Founded in 1970 as an adhesive tape slitting unit, today counts with the state of the art installations, operated and managed by an average workforce of 110 employees.
We are well known among our customers, as top quality BOPP & PVC adhesive tape manufactures, using machinery of 2 different technologies (solvent base & hot melt base) , which brought out on 2007, a total output of 285 million square meters, with an annual turnover of 50. 000. 000 Euros. It is a must to state, that on 2006 year we made a heavy investment, on a 78 meter long solvent machine, which is the largest in the world. As a matter of this we have become, one of the few worldwide manufacturers, with an annual manufacturing capacity of 205 million square meters in solvent base. Alternatively the hot melt machine which was set up in 1996, has a capacity of 200 million square meters. Besides we meet the highest worldwide requirements and standards with up to date and fully automatized slitting, packaging and warehousing systems. To that end, since 1995, Ubis has attained and constantly fulfilled all specifications required by AENOR ISO 9001: 2000.
It is a must to state as well, that we have a very active laboratory, which constantly tests our product quality, compares it with competitors and dedicates many resources on research and development, fact that enables us to be at front line on adhesive tape industry.
With a product portfolio of more than 2000 references, we combine exports to more than 25 countries, in Europe, Asia, North, Central & South America, and Africa as well.
