Iron/White Charcol with specification: Shape: Rod, stick Size: Diameter around 3 - 12cm, length 3-20 cm Ash Content: 3% Moisture: Max 5% Volatile master content:5-7% Fixed carbon content: 87-95% Calorific value: 8000-8500 kcal/kg, non-smoke, non-flame and free chemical. Be a good conductor of electricity (Very low resistance: 0.02~0.03 Ohm). Burning time: 4-5 hours III. Process. 1. Raw materials are available in factory. 2. Saw and cut hardwood with fixed size before arranging it into tanks for burning in kilns. 3. Tanks will be burned by kilns 4. Workers will get products out of tanks. 5. Checking and then packing into carton box or bag. 6. QC re-checked packing process and only accept cartons/bags matching with QC&＃039;s requirement. 7. Loading and stuffing the finished products on container. IV.
