With a group of domestic nationals and foreign experts of multinational petroleum exploration and production companies who have been involved in both upstream and down stream sector of the industry. With an aim of increasing exports of petroleum products from the Federal Republic of Nigeria to the world at large.It was invested by the private sector and supported by import-export association of Nigeria.

By this course, we have the maximum capacity to produce petroleum resources with a very large reserve supply of our products for exports in Nigeria and sub Sahara region also Partnering with other multinational petroleum producing group of companies in other parts of the world such as America, Europe and Asia to ensure good service delivery of energy to various parts of the world.In 10 years, we are now proud of being one of the greatest import-export companies in Nigeria.

And in 2009 we had a record of 1. 3% exports and 1. 7% imports which we are placed among the top 10th petroleum-exporting companies among the Nigerian trading companies.With an export of more than 20 products and an import of about 150 products, our company is considered as one of the most reputable Nigeria company in West Africa.
