COMCE Noreste (Mexican Foreign Trade Council) is a private, voluntary, non-profit organization with more than 49 years of experience in promoting international trade in the states of Coahuila, Durango, Nuevo Leon, and Tamaulipas. The mission of COMCE Noreste revolves around three fundamental aspects: a) Promoting and supporting foreign trade activities through the coordination of pro-active actions and arrangements with domestic and overseas organizations, both private and public. b) Contributing to solve the problems derived from trading activities as they affect member companies. c) Being a consultation and orientation organization to serve the private sector in making decisions as to foreign trade issues and international negotiations, as COMCE Norestell as to represent the private sector through government agencies. COMCE Noreste, located in Monterrey, N.L. Mexico, acts as facilitator and linkage between different members in manufacturing, trade, and service sectors focused to foreign trade. COMCE specialized services are: a) CONSULTING AND GUIDANCE This organization offers to its members, consulting and guidance on all actions related with foreign trade (Domestic and international tariff structures, custom procedures, programs to faster exports, foreign trade indicators, etc) b) MANAGEMENT COMCE offers this service to its members through authorities in different procedures, such as, registration in export programs, import companies lists, tax returns, import permits, and other similar activities. c) TRAINING d) INFORMATION AND PROMOTION e) REPRESENTATION COMCE Noreste represents all its members before different authorities and institutions, and is an advocate of its members&＃039; interests on the foreign trade arena.
