A group of professionals in the field of managing consulting coming from relevant experiences in other companies with international characteristics (e.g. Big FcONSULTING gROUP), has decided to set up a consulting which, still keeping the same rigour and professionalism typical of better acclaimed companies, such as Big Four, is able to provide for the same kind of services at lower costs, granting at the same time higher flexibility in the relationship between consulting-client and the necessary domestic and international territorial covering.

All professionals in the staff are selected with great care and are chosen among the best business consultants, labour consultant, lawyers and tax advisers.

We have entered agreements with important companies, both domestic and international, in order to provide a larger range of services to our clients.

Thanks to the links established in Foreign Countries, we are able to give assistance to those Companies which intend to commercialise their products abroad, in the specific, in North America and worldwide.

In order to achieve this, we make a preliminary research of the potential buyer and/or we implement the commercial network. Furthermore, we are capable of putting in touch Companies in various Countries in order to promote joint commercial operations.

Our assistance will take place during all phases of the negotiation until signature of the contract and we will follow up of all legal, bureaucratic and administrative aspects accordingly to the regualtions in force in that Country
