Since then the fifth generation won the gruop and is still involved in the daily activities of the Company. Over the years Consuma Food Ingredients have build up a network of business partners all over the world. Direct contacts in the traditional spices countries as well as contact in upcoming markets like China and Vietnam gives us the advantage of talking to producers to get best possible qualities. Due to the long terms experience we are able to ship various products to our customers. In 2000 we decided to change the international reputable name Verstegen International into Consuma food ingredients. The main reasons. 1Our factory, verstegen spices & sauces, activities expanded selling more on international scale. Customers sometimes were confused not knowing who they were talking to. 2 The new company name Consuma food ingredients reflects the quality and the program we are dealing with.
