From initial design, using the latest technology and with full consideration of environmental and energy issues we apply expert contract management direct from our offices. We maintain the highest installation standards, and have a proven record to meet the demands of our customers.

Organisation

Our organisational structure has a strong emphasis on providing Customer Service in all aspects from presales engineering assistance and advice, through to Contract Management from point of order to completion of the installation, commissioning of the system and provision of an after sales service and maintenance contract.

Nationwide Coverage

We offer a nationwide sales and after sales service, and as Coolair is part of the Cross Group of companies, which have offices throughout Ireland and over 130 employees, we can call on any personnel within the group to fulfill our commitments should the need arise.




Service

We have a dedicated service department which comprises of a Service Manager, Service Administrators, and dedicated Service Engineers. We run an on-call system which means that there is a service engineer available to all our maintenance customers 24-7.

Maintenance

We offer maintenance contracts to suit our clients and ensure that all equipment gives optimum performance and efficiency by implementing rigorous maintenance checks. This is provided by a specialist maintenance group from within our organisation. We have a dedicated maintenance team which carries out ongoing preventative maintenance visits at all our customer sites. By having a dedicated team assigned to maintenance visits we can offer a superior service and ensure greater reliability of our customers equipment.
