Consorcio Peru-Murcia (COPEMUR) is a company stablished in 2, 006 that blends the long canning tradition of Murcia, Spain, with the finest Peruvian agriculture. Three generations of a Murcian family committed to quality canned vegetables, marketed worldwide, set the standards for COPEMUR SAC peppers and artichokes in brine. Our Peruvian stockholders, descendents of refined agriculturalist cultures, grow their vegetables in arid desserts and valleys watered by melting snow from the high Andean mountains. Blessed with a generous climate, they also bring the experience of growing and shipping fresh produce to the U.S. for more than ten years, confirming their zeal for safe, clean and traceable production.
