Our Cocoa is organically grown by organized farmers who are committed to traditional growing techniques that rely on natural, not chemical pesticides. This organic production system requires an intense investment of time, energy and finances by the farmers in order to meet the rigid standards of independent certifying bodies. For our Organic Cocoa we pay a Premium Price, which gives incentives to the farmers and promotes sustainable agriculture. We believe that organic certification means better health for farmers, the environment, and the consumer. For this reason, all of our products are certified as organic. Our organic cocoa products are made with a blend of the finest Central America Organic Cocoa Beans, with the highest quality due to its fermentation process and Origin Base "Trinitarium", preserving the purest cocoa flavor.
