Company Description

China Petroleum Liaohe Equipment Company (CPLEC) is a subsidiary company of China National Petroleum Corporation (CNPC). The core business of CPLEC is to provide integrated land & offshore drilling and production equipment design, manufacture, assembly and engineering solutions for domestic and international Oil & Gas producers. With forty years experience in oil exploration and development, CPLEC provides first-class offshore drilling and production platform, special purpose vessels, land drilling and workover rigs, special rigs, and various technical services to meet customer’s most challenging needs.

CPLEC has over 2,790,000m² areas of facilities and over 2000 sets of advanced production equipments. There are about 4,000 employees in CPLEC, which includes 800 engineers or technicians and over 3,000 skilled and experienced workers. The facilities have 1,600,000m² various production plants and workshops, such as equipment manufacturing plant, large structural parts fabrication plant, block workshop, electrical branch, steel pretreatment, sand blasting and painting, assembly center, sections joining, dock outfitting, etc.

CPLEC has various authentication certificates, such as CCS, ABS, DNV classification certificates, national steel ship manufacturing qualification certificate A Class,  license in crane manufacturing, installing and repairing A Class, China's national compulsory product certification, etc
