Crimplon Yarns Pvt. Ltd. introduce ourselves as india's largest and oldest manufacturers of various types of stretch yarns. Established in 1964, crimplon yarns pvt. Ltd. Have been manufacturing quality stretch yarns at our modern plants at silvassa and vapi in India. Our manufacturing process is an approved and well accepted one based on established global standards. Our range of synthetic yarns comprise of the following:
1) nylon stretch yarns, brand name 'sunlon'
Deniers: 40, 70, 111, 220 denier in single and double ply in both raw white (undyed) and assorted dyed shades. The dyed nylon stretch yarns are stabilized yarns specially suited for euro standard socks, knitting, crochet lace, name tapes, narrow fabrics, embroidery, stretch fabrics, labels, braids, industrial fabrics, swimwear and other applications.
2) polyester hi-bulk stretch yarns, brand name 'starlon'
Deniers: 75, 110 denier in single and double ply.
The starlon yarns are suitable for various knitting and other applications. The manufacturing process being unique due to the use of specialty machines, gives this product the extra soft, bulked finish and in turn extends an excellent coverage to the products manufactured from it. The yarns are stabilised and the products manufactured therefore, have limited, controllable and predictable shrink levels in downstream processing. The finished products have little or no shrinkage thereafter. The yarns are available in various colours and shades. These yarns are also considered as a substitute to traditional nylon yarns, which are slightly more expensive and are used in various end products where the application is non-critical.
3) polyester customized texturized yarns, brand name 'crimplene'
Crimplene polyster texturised yarns with special customized crimped and texturised features in both raw white and assorted dyed colours.
Denier: 160 / 1 and 160 / 2
