Dalian Xing Guang Lifting Magnet Factory is a people - owned high and new technology enterprise which combines research and manufacture together. Since it was founded in 1987, the factory has used the new material of oxidized aluminous foil (belt), adopted new technology to manufacture 45 varieties of and more than 300 standards of products such as hoist electromagnets (normal, high and super-high temperature), magnetic rolling machines, electromagnet puddlers, electric DALIAN XINGGUANG LIFTING MAGNET CO., LTDlding machines, dry transformer and the pressure adjustment, magnet adjustment, magnet preserving electronic controllers. Star Light has become the biggest enterprise that manufactures hoist electromagnetic products. The factory employs 165 people, of which the number of the technicians is 30%. There are 18 patents and more than 20 senior engineers who major in electronic, electromagnet, electronic control, machinery, electro-chemistry and ***** Star Light. The products, covering metallurgy, shipbuilding, mining, energy, transportation, harbor, agriculture, construction and so on, have been sold to 27 provinces and exported to Thailand, Indonesia, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, India, Burma… and been highly praised by the clients. Star Light has been approved the qualification of doing import and export business by Dalian Foreign Economic and Commercial Committee and become the first electromagnets enterprise that can do the import and export business by its own in China. The Star Light LMC and LMR series oxidized aluminous foil (belt) hoist electromagnets was granted the state-level new products in 1989. The high temperature electromagnets has won the gold medal of Chinese invention and the first prize in the army in 1994 because the electromagnets broke the world-wild recognized record of 600oC and were able to lift materials of 720oC safely. Through the examination and approval of the China Science and Technology Committee, the oxidized aluminous belt electromagnetic products has been listed in the 1993 state-level Torch Program. Star Light has become a famous brand in China and also enjoys reputation abroad. Till 2003, Star Light has been honored Reliant Working Unit by the provincial and local industry and commerce administrations for 12 years.
