Company Description

Damasteel has reintroduced beauty and poetry into the grey-cold steel business.
Steel has got a new, aestethic dimension.

Damasteel AB product is Damascene Steel (Damascus steel).
Two steel grades are stacked into a pattern weld structure. That gives an aestetic pattern in the finised product.

These modern type damascene steels are used for design products.
Damasteel offers four different types of damascus steel, tailored for specific applications:

95x,x Austenitic stainless damascus for:
      Flatware, Wristwatches, Jewellery, Golf
      club heads.
96x,x Hardenable stainless damascus for:
      Firearm gun barrels, Table knives
93x,x Hardenable stainless damascus for:
      Hunting, Fishing and Cooking knives
92x.x Low alloy damascus for:
      Firearm gun barrels and firearm parts

We are also looking for manufacturers of top class cutlery and flatware for distribution of finished damscene products through our daughter company Soderfors Smedja AB.
