Delivery: CIF
Payment: irrevocable DLC
Procedures:
1. Buyer issues LOI / seller issues SCO
2. Seller issues FCO, with a laboratory analysis (or CIQ report) + 2-3 photos
3. Buyers issues draft contract for amendments
4. Seller signs and seals the contract
5. Seller issues:
- a Guarantee of Delivery
- a Certificate of Origin
- a Certificate of Property/Ownership
6. POP vs. POF bank to bank
7. Buyer opens a non-operative, irrevocable DLC
8. Loading
9. Buyer´s LC gets operative after presentation of all the documents by the seller
10. Shipment 
We never deal with financially unstable and unhealthy companies which ask for pre-payment / deposit / TT!!
