Capability The company has metal, wood, silk screen printing and acrylic four main producing lines, which can do processing on linear type material, plate type material, tube type material, and other kinds of metals, as well as acrylic material and wood material. Metal line and its equipment: This producing line covers 20, 000 square meters. Here we have rolling machine, panel pressing machine, bending machine, welding machine, punching machine, drilling machine, grinding machine, these can do processing on all kinds of metals and whatever the shapes. Wood line: There are two wood processing joint ventures of our company, covers 10, 000square meters. The main equipments are all sorts of panel pressing machines, auto edge banding machine, big cutting machine, etc. These can do processing on MDF panels, high density panels, melamine panels and hardwood. What&＃039;s more, the wood producing line is equiped with a big water curtain type of spray painting machine. Silk screen printing line: Currently we have three branch lines here, one full-automatic and two semi-automatic, which can produce high precision printings. The image is highly distinct. Sizes under 50*60cm can achieve 110 lines of precision, beyond this size the precision can be around 30-60 lines. Acrylic line: This line is equiped with big vacuum plastic suction machine, big panel cutting machine, plasma carving machine and laser carving machine, etc. The highest vacuum plastic suction can reach 30mm. The crystal letters and model carving are also available. The deepest carving capability is 30mm. These machines can also deal with complex shapes and surface treatment. They can operate independently or simutaneously with metal or wood.
