Tianjin Delute Automobile Components Co., Ltd. was established in 2004. Delute is located in No.5 Jiuan Road, Tianyu Science & Technology Park, Tianjin New Technology Industrial Zone. We are a stock company specializing in automobile braking pipe, power steering pipeline, oil delivery pipe, and the pipeline of fridge and air conditioner. Our company has a large capital, and our total investment is USD35 million. As our company&＃039;s stockholders working on the research and manufacture of automobile oil pipe for a long period of time, we absorbed the latest technology of automobile oil pipe manufacture and research from Germany, Italy and Japan. We have cooperated with Shanghai Volkswagen and FAW-Volkswagen. We combine these experiences and made out a new manufacture process that fits the research and manufacture on Chinese automobile pipe. We are always insisting on the development strategy of Human-based and technology developed with talented people. Our company has production department, Engineering Department, Quality Inspection Department, Finance Department, purchasing department, Marketing Department, office and Chief Engineer Office. Now we have five senior engineers that specialize in the research and design of automobile pipeline, and more than 60 professional clerks. Our company occupies a land area of 18000m2 with a modern factory and office area of 5000m2. We have a production line that manufactures PVF coated oil line (manufacture 1000t per year), two production lines that manufacture nylon coated oil pipe (manufacture 500t per year) and more than ten sets of equipment for the progress of manufacturing oil pipe. We also have a set of software system that controls pipe quality. We had attained TS16949 Certification. With high-tech talent, advanced equipment and the best management, we can supply the best quality pipe products. Now, our PVF pipes, green passivation pipes and multicolored pipes have been exported to Canada, the United States, Singapore, Iran, India, Pakistan, and Russia. We also made cars fitting for Chery, JAC, Beiqi, Nanqi, Suzuki, Hebei Great Wall, and Zhejiang Geely.
