Demers Soft is concentrating on engineering and on-line game services. The engineering section is in charge of virtual experimentation. On-line game service section is in charge of developing the on-line game "Mirage".

Demers Soft annual revenue was $1.5 million in engineering in 2002 and isincreasing every year. Based on that stability, Demers Soft will continue to drive Mirage on-line game service and rapidly increase our market shae. We expect to pass a million market share in the latter half of 2003.

Our full 3D on-line game Mirage is recognized for its ecreativity and high-tech as an on-line game for the next generation. Our goal is a market share of 5 million.
