Company Description

Denysivka OJSC, an Automobile Transportation Enterprise, is looking for strategic investors and potential partners for business development.    Location: Ukraine, Chernivtsi, 64 B Morisa Toreza Street. Total land plot area is 6 hectares, asphalted and fenced. The enterprise has a 3000 sq. m. administrative building; 25 000 sq. m. of supplementary rooms and repair shops; elevators, concrete sheds with TO1 and TO2 zones, a paint-spraying booth, a Denysivka OJSClding station, an electrical equipment repair station, a tire fitting station, and an engine repair station with all necessary working equipment.  The enterprise is located at the intersection of the transport routes between Romania, Moldova, Poland and Ukraine.   The enterprise has its own vehicle fleet (Ikarus, LAZ, and PAZ) of 45 vehicles and 70 rented vehicles (Mercedes, Neoplan).
     Denysivka OJSC performs regular passenger transportation with the set timetables and routes:
     1. City and interdistrict routes (Chernivtsi Region and districts up to 50 km)
     2. Intercity: Kyiv, Kharkiv, Donetsk, Dnipropetrovsk, Zhytomyr, Lviv, Uzhhorod, Rivne, Odesa, Khmelnitsky.
     3. Foreign: Chi�in�u (Moldova), Brest (Belarus), Suceava (Romania), Przemy�l (Poland).
     In the process of Ukrainian tender policy reformation, a merit point system was introduced for tenders and route allocation. The new procedure of determining the tender winners gives preference to the transport operators with sufficient experience in the passenger transportation business and own material and technical resources. Because of that, Denysivka OJSC has no competitors on the passenger transportation market in Chernivtsi region and in the nearby regions that could show greater capabilities on the tenders.
