DHB STEWIA SP = The powdered sweetener was developed specifically for the sweetening of pastries, cakes and pies. The proportion of steviol glycosides with a minimum of 91.5% rebaudiana A is such that the baking behavior can be compared with the use of ordinary household sugar.

DHB STEWIA EXTRACT = The powerful premium table top sweetener corresponds to the food additive E960 of the EC - regulation. The sweetening power of this sweetener is 300 times sweeter than regular table sugar.
