The current owners are looking to sell.The Company offers a turn key solution which allows home builders access to premium brands in door hardware. The Company provides the value added service of configuring the various types of door hardware coordinated with the residential home model into that it is to be installed.Despite overall downward trend in U.S. housing market, several California metropolitan areas showed an increase in housing production in 2006, particularly in the multi-family sector. The Company's products were installed in over 300 new residential housing projects in 2006, working for 40 home builders. The Company's top customers are prominent builders such as Standard Pacific, Lennar Homes, Toll Brothers, Taylor Woodrow, Warmington Homes, Beazer Homes, Brookfield Homes, xxxxx Horton and John Laing Homes. There is an opportunity to increase distribution in existing and new territories. Current management believes that its existing home builder customer base would be receptive to working with the Company in other geographical markets in California and other Western States in which the builders are actively developing and building. This would provide downside protection for any cyclical swing that may occur in home building in the Company's present market area.Revenue as of January 31, 2007 was $7.8M with a net operating income for the trailing 12 months of approximately $909,200.
