Food additive (E 322), lecithin is used as emulsifier in the production of bakery products, wafers and wafer cups for ice cream, biscuits etc
Dietary supplement lecithin, which is used in the diet of the population for the prevention of diseases of the liver and gallbladder, as Dneprotehnologyll as a tonic that promotes the normalization of metabolism in the body;
Feed additive lecithin, which is used in the manufacture of complete feed for livestock and poultry with hepatoprotective action to improve performance  and resistance.
