Minimum Requirement: The minimum amount of each order (one shipment) should be around $3,00 US dollars. Custom Work:  All products we complete are custom orders. We provide FREE custom design.Just tell us your ideas or art work and we will help to carry out your ideas into perfect packaging boxes Sample and Prototyping: We have samples available upon request. Custom sample is available in two weeks. For some projects we charge a prototyping fee first and credit back to the order we receive later.  Price Terms:  Exwork or FOB  Payment: We require a 50% deposit when placing an order with us. The balance will be paid when the order is delivered for new customer. For excellent credit accounts, we also offer other terms. Damages: If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 5 business days of receipt for instruction. Returns: All returns must be authorized. For unqualified or damaged products, we either credit back or make replacements.
