Dongguan Ever-Blooming Bags & Caps Enterprises Ltd. have a wide range of fashion accessories: Caps, hats, bags, scarves, gloves and knitted items, ranging from low cost promotional products to upscale cutting edge items. We export our product to Europe, the USA, Russia, Japan, South Africa, India and Asia.

Our headquarter is in Hong Kong and we have several factories across China: in Dongguan, Anhui & Shanghai. With more than 33 years of experience, we have a very strong merchandising team and a group of creative designers to support us from concept to program completion, back up by our strong sourcing capability, experienced production people together with thousands of stable workers. In 2000, we became the first hat and bag manufacturer in this field to be awarded SA8000 Accreditation by Bureau Veritas Quality International. BVQI is a recognized international certification body in France. This award involves the development and auditing of management systems which promote socially acceptable working practices. We are so proud to be the first company in the field to achieve SA 8000. As in March 2001, there are only around 50 companies in the world that have got this certificate. Furthermore, we got the WRAP: Gold Certificate of Compliance for Shanghai factory earlier this year.
