Sinka technology processing center widely use the high precision equipment from Japan, Switzerland such as Okuma CNC, Sodick EDM, Waida/ Wasino P/G grinding machine, Sodick EDM, Charmilles wire cutting machine. Our injection mold machining accuracy could achieve 0.01-0.005mm, precision metal stamping products could achieve 0.001MM tolerance. Sinka technology group uses UG,Solidwork, Proe, Mold flow design software. Our Injection molding and stampingmold design engineers amount to 25 people, we also have mature engineering and management team with 20 years above industry experience. We have experienced engineers in United States and Germany , they could give site solution on technology and quality problem in local and countries around. Sinka technology take the quality as the life of the group, we have adopted the TS16949,ISO90001. ISO14001 certification, Sinka have CMM, Projector, gear tester, temperature and humidity measuring instrument, life test instrument and other measuring and test equipment. We use SPC.FMEA,MSA, APQP,PPAP quality principleand method to monitor our quality,.
