Dongguan Yixun Industrial Co.,Ltd. was founded in 1998 with the previous name of Dongguan Yixun Plastic Mould Factory ,and now she is developing herself the leading manufacturer of plastic mold design & fabrication ,injection & secondary operation .

Yixun locates in Humen Town,Dongguan City,Guangdong Province,China,which is famous for "factory for the world" with good geographical environment and convenient transportation.

Yixun occupy 12,000 square meter in total and have 260 dedicated employees, among which about 180 are professional technicians ,and 1/4 of them has experience in plastic mould field over 10 years, annual capacity 450sets mould ,the biggest mold up to 10 tons,5sets CNC machine,12sets EDM machine,6sets wire cut machine,15sets injection machine, the specification of injection machine from 80T to 600T.Dongguan Yixun Industrial Co., Ltd. have a professional team for mold design and advanced design softwares are adopted, such as UG,Pro/e,Solidworks,AutoCAD

We use the standard of tooling such as DME,HASCO,FUTABA,LKM, the hot runner system such as Moldmaster,DME,HASCO,YUDO and so on, the steel such as 2738,2344,2083,2316,S136, S136H,718,718H,P20,LKM2083,NAK80 and so on, the general plastic used such as ABS,PC, PC+20%GF,PA6,PA66 , PA6+30%GF, PA66+15%GF,PP,TPE, POM,PS,TPU,TPR etc., .
