Founded jointly by China University of Petroleum (UPC) and Shengli Oilfield in 1992, Dongying Mingde Petroleum Technology Co., Ltd. (MDPT), is a company specialized in manufacturing of plasma slotted liner, slotted screen, sand control screens, punched liner, perforated liner, perforated screen, Premium Metal-Mesh Screen, oil production and drilling mud additives, drilling fluid material, drilling mud chemicals, and also in providing sand control design, Dongying Mingde Petroleum Technology Co., Ltdll-completion design and on-site technical services with the backup by the College of Petroleum Engineering, the College of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering, and the College of Machinery and Electronic Engineering of UPC. To carry out our services, MDPT upholds "Honest, Integrated, Cooperative and Dual-wining" as its business philosophy, and "Customer First" as its business principle. MDPT regards the quality most important and has constantly paid close attention to product quality control. MDPT successively has had the quality authentication of its products issued jointly by the Shengli Oil Administration Bureau, China National Petroleum Corporation and China National Petroleum & Chemical Corporation, and becomes the 1st class vendor of oilfield chemistry agents for the China National Petroleum Corporation (CNPC) and China Petroleum & Chemical Corporation (CPCC). MDPT is comprised of Petroleum Additive Factory, the Screen Liner Factory, the Mud Technical Service Company, the Drilling Technology Service Company, the Wastewater Treatment Centre for Oilfield and Sand Controlling & Horizontal Well Completion Technology Centre with five branches respectively located in Beijing, Xinjiang, Kazakhstan, Sudan, Turkmenistan etc, and three manufacturing plants as Huashi Science & Technology Development Co., Ltd., Qingdao Mingde Petroleum Machinery Factory, Karamay-Mingde Keyuan Co., Ltd. MDPT is awarded the Science and Technology Award by Ministry of Education, China Petroleum and Chemistry Industrial Association, and Mechanical Industrial Association.
