Dr. Abidi history started in 1942when Dr. Abidi, one of the first graduates in pharmacology, startedmaking medicinal pills at his founded pharmaceutical company inIran. In fact Dr Abidi is known as the father of modernpharmaceutical industry of the country.Eventually, because of thevery high quality of his products, the market for his productionsgrew. Soon, he became the leading pharmaceutical company of thecountry and even today, one of the most reputable ones.Later, Dr Abidi decided toexpand the horizons by opening a hygiene and every-day productsfactory. The first product of the plant was called multi-vitamiracle shampoo produced under the licence of a French companycalled Miracle. Gradually the company started to produce moreproducts including cosmetics. Products such as Nattel,Khakestar(Ashes) and Afrooz are only some brands belonging to DrAbidi Company. The products are distributed all over the countryand can be found in pharmacies, drugstores and chainsupermarkets.Early 2011 and after DrAbidi passed away, the company was bought by Ali Naghib who hasmore than three decades of prominent senior management experienceswith high achievements.Ali Naghib is one of themost respected and honorable managers of the industry whogives high importance to innovation, quality, and research anddevelopment. With his recent eco-friendly movements andenvironmental friendly products, he is also in forefront of amovement in the country that will change the industry in Iran in apositive way and for ever.
