One: Dr Nona Ireland methods of preparation. The "Dr. Nona" nutritional combinations are very complex blends of specially selected herbs from all over the world. We attempt to work with raw botanicals wherever possible. WHY DO WE COMBINE OUR HERBAL CONSTITUENTS INTO COMPLEX BLENDS?

Our combinations are blends of particular herbs known to produce similar or complimentary effects in the body. While metabolic and systemic processes vary widely from individual to individual, by combining a number of complementary herbs into a given blend, the chances of a successful experience with the product are greatly multiplied. In other words, if one of the nutrients in the blend has no effect on a specific individual's biochemistry, the chances are great that one or more of the other nutrients in the combination will have the desired effect.

Another consideration for the variety of herbs in each of our products is that certain herbs and herbal concentrates in combination can produce synergistic effects that could not be achieved otherwise. A synergistic effect simply means that the presence of one herb in the combination increases the effect of another herb in the combination.
