EcoKote is a Revolution in Marine Paint�®. Environmentally sound in every respect, and not harmful in any step of the entire process, from shipping to the eventual discarding of unused product. EcoKote eliminates environmental liability from the marine painting process. �· Easy to apply. Can be used inside and outside without special equipment. No billowing clouds of toxic material. Applied with very low pressure spray so most of the paint goes onto the substrate, not into the air. Painters need only a respirator, not a moon suit! NO EPA ISSUES! �· Dramatic increase in productivity by cutting paint shop time by as much as 70%. EcoKote requires feEcoKoter coats, fewer steps, less time between steps, and dries in minutes. Apply second coat same day. �· Not affected by salt water, acids or bases. Non-susceptible to chemicals and petroleum/diesel products, and other environmental hazards. �· Superior vapor permeation properties allow EcoKote to breathe! Water vapor gases off, No blistering! Waterproof!. �· Displays thermal expansion and shrinkage properties compatible with the substrate even at thermal shocks between - 80 C and + 80 C. Does not blister or peel as the substrate moves. �· Suitable for continuous use between 80 C and 200 C. �· Anti-static properties. Dirt does not adhere. Rain washes dirt off! �· Non-toxic. Water based. Thins with water. Does not require special handling, special equipment to apply, spray booths, or licensed waste hauling. Waste Disposal is the same as household latex paint. No Hazmat issues! Not reportable under EPA rules! �· No primer on most surfaces! Can be used on directly on Gelcoat, Fiberglass, Carbon fiber, Unprimed Aluminum, Galvanized Steel, and Wood. Only carbon steel requires primer. �· 50% less expensive than major solvent competitors on a per Sq Ft basis �· Perfect Color matching if damage occurs, even after years of use.
