Revamping takes place at final user s factory or at EKOSYSTEM s according to the kind of the maintenance request. Our main revamping services are: Output modification and regulation through a closed loop system in automatic mode to reach the output set on the operator board without acting on the pumps manually anymore. Substitution of elastic joints for pumps transmission with magnetic coupling that allows the elimination of seals change completely. Full overhauling of heads and pumps comprising: replacement of pumping devices, unjamming, hardness treatment and tolerance controls. When requested, extension of the existing foaming plant by adding new mixing heads and new metering units for more components.
