I work for Fercon Foods www.fercon.co.za ,a Meat Wholesale and Meat Packing company based in Cape Town, South Africa.

Elbers mostly deal in fresh and frozen Lamb, Sheep, Pork, Beef as well as frozen Turkey and Chicken.
We also have a fairly large meat packing facility where we do made to order pre-packed meats for various retail outlets, catering companies and restaurant outlets.
We also manufacture a wide variety of other items such as sausages, burgers and various minces through to cold meats, finger licking precooked pork ribs as well as various other value added products.
We also assist different companies with their unique product needs by manufacturing specialised items they require and gladly offer this service to other companies.
We also import a large amount of Meat from across the globe and export various products. This includes full containers with either one product, or a mix various products which can include made to order items.
We have been in the meat industry for over 17 years and have grown together with our customers from strength to strength to become one of the market leaders. We have earned various certifications along the way ensuring our plant is one of the best in the country.
