We confirm we are able supply as IRON  Fe 63.5% Quantity 50,000mt x 12months -upto 600 000mt/Monthly.  contract

Priced at Market rate.PRICE MECHANISM: Price shall be FOB/CNF/CIF loading and unloading ports are based on Marketscan  per metric ton minus discount  USD /PMT, plus +   cost of freight to be paid at actual for Ore, per standard specification



We  deal on Platts price or fixed price and our term are non negotiable

: PROCEDURE:

1. Buyer issues purchase order(LOI) with Bank Capability letter from buyer's Bank(BCL) to the Seller   and Seller Issue FCO

2. Buyer Signs and accepts this FCO

3.Seller, issues upfront lifting / delivery

schedule directly in the name of the buyer  within 72hours  or earlier.

Please note that, the buyer may verify every thing and satisfy them- self, on all aspects, and it is the arrangement where-in loading port, disport lay can

arrangement can best be coordinated and optimized between the buyer and the seller, and buyer then take the next step of signing of the contract.

4. Seller issues  original contract; Buyer establishes 100% NON TRANSFERABLE DLC.No upfront fee or advance payment on any charges

5: Shipping contracts can be concluded separately and the same would be

charged at actual price offer as grace by the seller, for the benefits of the buyer, and under the SELLER instructions, it is to be organized by BOM,Bank of Montreal on monthly payment basis, alternatively the buyer can organize the same per se.

N.B: We have our shipper , and we offer to our clients, a

very attractive shipping cost, less than the market freight charges. .
