ENZYM propose dry active yeast. Dry yeast – is produced from high-active dry yeast strains (marks), raising due to modern technical schemes, from eco-friendly raw material, without preserves. Drying down yeast to the humidity 8-10% allows to prolong the shelf life to 12 months (at temp. not highеr + 15?С).
Dry yeast are used at breadbakery plants and mini-bakeries for preparing different compoundings of bread production.
Yeast dosage depends on technical preparing and technically equipped enterprise, quantity pressed yeast according to compoundings, quality showings of raw material and manufacturing conditions.
