ERS CONSTRUCTION COMPANY has been operating as ''tevfik unsal and sons'' since 1950 in ankara in the field of private building contracting. The partnership had completed about 50 private buildings at various districts of ankara, mainly at city center, with its own resources.

After 1980, the partners have formed two construction companies, as unsal construction ltd. And ers construction ltd. And started operating all over turkey at goverment contracts. The occupations of the partners of the two companies are architects, city planners, mechanical and civil engineers who have sufficient experiences in their fields.

As far 1995 we have merged the two companies under the name of ers construction company inc. And by august 1995 its construction license issued by the ministry of construction was upgraded to the ''unlimited'' mark.(unlimited refers to the permission to attend each and every kind of tenders. ) upon being given this construction license, first road and dam projects were taken and thus, a progress in this field also began. Upon an interest towards tenders abroad, new projects in different countries were started successfully completed. Some of these are,2 buildings of central bank in moscow, service building construction of tashkent municipality in turkmenistan. Especially in 1999, our company has showed a great performance, in 7 months,4 schools lying on area of 30.000m2, and in 2 months,1475 prefabric houses for earthquake victims have been successfully constructed. The company has reached to perfect bank references due to its dependability in its field.
This success has repeated itself in the two other sister companies owned mainly by the same partners; unsal tourism ltd. Operating a self-owned hotel at the city center of ankara and metroplan consulting co. Which has the ''a level'' licensed consulting firms of the ''turkish mass housing authority. ''

As the group of entrepreneurs experienced at all the phases of construction including project management, project design and construction supervision, ers construction inc. Is ready to take part in overseas projects.
