2. ETC is as a Supply Chain Manager across our ETG members. We manage our members with uniform ETC merchandise system so that we can provides the convenience for customers through a Total Value-Added package service: from product design and development, through raw material and factory sourcing, production planning and management, quality assurance and export documentation to shipping consolidation.

3. ETC is also the central merchandise procurement organization, It is responsible for the procurement of  garment and fabric merchandise. ETC analyzes, pools and negotiates procurement volumes with ETG members. It works in close cooperation with the customer.
