Company Description

Eurabia-Building Supplies independent END SELLERS of Cement Steel and Urea.  The business is over 15 years old and is registered in Ukraine with an office in the UK and a banking hub in Dubai.

We supply Cement of various origins and from various manufacturers; CEMEX in Spain, Lucky in Pakistan as well as 2 mills in Turkey.  We are the end sellers, always and process payments of all kinds and also secure and guarantee commissions directly from our banks in Dubai, Lebanon and Switzerland.

All our supplied cement comes DIRECT from the Cement mills; all is to EN specifications and most is CE certified.

All our Cement is sold on both FOB and CIF basis and every deal is tailored to the exact needs of the buyer.

As for urea, and after many years of door knocking, we finally got ourselves a Ukraine Government fertilizer factory to supply us DIRECT and with no intermediaries whatsoever.  

We will also be selling all kind of fertilizers on FOB and CIF basis.  Urea 46N Prilled, NPK, Ammonium Nitrate, ..., etc can and will be supplied in 50kg bags and also in big bags.  All products are of Ukraine origin and shipped out of Black Sea ports.    

We are the end sellers, always, so no other options are on offer.  All CEMENT & UREA sales are on FOB & CIF basis and all loadings are 15-30 days from payment.  The procedure is very short and simple.

There will be no need for LOI, ICPO, FCO, WRA, ? ?Also there are no MINIMUM quantities, but there is a ceiling to what we can supply.
Payment is as per normal Urea purchasing terms & conditions.  

For any request for a quote, please provide the following FULL details:

For CEMENT:  FOB & CIF

Type and grade.  42.5N or 42.5R.
Quantity.  From 12,500mt SPOT to 1.2 mil mt per 12 months.
Packing style.  50kg, 1-2 ton Jumbo Bag or loose bulk.
Final port of discharge.

For UREA:  FOB & CIF
